The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city center. It is conveniently close to the Eden Shopping centre, making it easy to explore the city and do some shopping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a powerful and hot shower in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast offered is top-notch, with a wide variety of choices to start your day.
There were a few issues with the Wi-Fi on the fifth floor, and the reception and room service staff were not responsive to phone calls.

The pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The bar provided excellent service with reasonable prices. The location was convenient, right across from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two key location facts of the hotel: its central location opposite the main train station and its close proximity to various amenities. This made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. the hotel had good cleanliness standards, with the rooms being kept tidy and well-maintained.
This left a negative impression from the start.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms werenice and neat, providing us with a great place to relax. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fantastic swimming pool and bar area. We enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant and the amazing buffet breakfast. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the train station and only a short walk to the city center. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.
